The Full Throttle Boot Camp Fitness Program is a new group fitness program that includes top notch fitness instruction and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level. It's great mix of "conventional" and "non-conventional" fitness tools and techniques.

We use Kettlebells, Barbells, Dumbbells, Medicine Ball...nothing is off limits


Q: What if I'm not very physically fit?

No participant will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. If you have five
or fifty pounds to lose, you’ll find that The Full Throttle Boot Camp is just the program for you!

Women and men of all
ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend The Full Throttle Boot Camp and achieve incredible results.

Q: How often will we meet?

Like we said we have built in some flexibility to our schedule. The Full Throttle Boot Camp meets:

Q: I notice you bill in monthly cycles, can I start in the middle of a month or do I have to wait?

Absolutely you can join!  We bill per four weeks of the date you join on.  We use a recurring billing system which means you enter your payment info once and your set (barring no computer issues of course).  Your credit card will be automatically billed every 4 weeks.

We try to make it as easy easy as possible for everybody to join!

Q: What can I expect to achieve?

It's not uncommon to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. We've seen an average drop of 3-6
pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat in the first 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to build strength throughout your body and reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence.

Q: How is this different than the local health club?

Full Throttle Athletics is a personalized Fitness Coaching Service.

The Full Throttle Boot Camp is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment. We do NOT subscribe to the do-it-yourself fitness paradigm.  These "Health Clubs" are more concerned about membership numbers than you getting more fit.

Q: How is this different than the typical Fitness Boot Camp?

I'm not sure where to start.

First and foremost we have a facility with a ton (literally) of equipment.  Kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, Pull up bars and the list goes on.  This is the biggest thing that separates Full Throttle Athletics and our Full Throttle Bootcamp from the typical fitness boot camp in fact sometime we struggle calling it a boot camp.

Like we said it's REAL training.

Q: What do I need to bring?

Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle, a towel and a sense of adventure!

Q: How often can I attend?

We suggest that you try to attend three days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least two days per week, but remember recovery is an important part of fitness listen to your body, if it is telling to rest, you had better listen.

Q: What does it cost to join?

It costs 197 per month and your first two weeks are free as a trial period, this allows you to see if we are a right fit for each other.  We realize some people don't like to work hard.

Q: What else do I need to know?

Each session is approx. 45 minutes

To start things off we will be offering 5 time slots!

Q: Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the
process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer as sore.

These workout are tough, but not impossible. Everybody pushes according to their own ability.  Our system is so versatile we can easy substitute exercises or use variations of the prescribed exercises to ensure you get the most from every session.

Q: Is there a refund policy?

Q: How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to
four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes or a pant size or 2 within the first 30 days.

Q: Does the camp ever end?
No, it is an ongoing service.

PLEASE NOTE:  Occasionally we and our trainers need to attend certifications and/or workshops over a long weekend or whatnot.  This is for the primary benefit of our clients.  It allows us to stay ahead of the curve, if you will.

During these times classes will be canceled. Please note: These canceled classes have already been figured into and deducted from the price of this service.

Our boot camps are offered mornings, three days a week, rain or shine! (The coed camps run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00AM & 9:00AM, evenings at 7:00PM Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, we have added a ladies only camp that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10AM, please see our schedule page for all the details)

Each camp lasts approx. 45-50 minutes and consists of various kettlebell exercises, body weight calisthenics, stretches and group relays all designed to get you to your goals quickly, permanently and while having fun.  We even have a few other things up our sleeves, but you'll have to join to find out.

No camper will be left behind. Like I said before… Whether you have a few vanity pounds to lose, or 50 plus pounds, you will get a challenging workout for your fitness level.
